Lost/Damaged Packages: Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, held, or damaged packages as soon as they leave our fulfillment centre. We are also not responsible for any delivery errors that may occur via carrier. By purchasing from our website, the customer agrees and understands that any lost or damaged packages that leave any My Balloon Arch fulfillment centre becomes the responsibility of the customer and the respective third-party carrier. Nevertheless, as a valued customer, our Customer Support Team will do their absolute best to resolve any issues that may arise as a result of shipping.
Please note that shipping is a service provided by a third-party carrier that is associated with a customer’s order and unaffiliated with My Balloon Arch. This means that any shipping issues must be handled by the respective third-party carrier, not My Balloon Arch. My Balloon Arch is responsible for all purchases up until the point it reaches the hands of any of our third-party shipping partners. Please note that once a package leaves our hands, all shipping related issues are completely out of our control.
Incorrect Mailing Address: As a customer, please double check that you’re sending the package to the correct mailing address or contact our support team as soon as possible if you do notice an error. Although we do provide free worldwide shipping, we are not responsible for any packages sent to the wrong mailing address as a result of a customer related input error during checkout.
